Lake Oahu

Located in Oakland County, Michigan

Lake Oahu is located about a mile and a half from Holly, providing a beautiful view of the lake with other amenities for a family-friendly environment. Outdoor recreation activities can be found on the lake or around it.

The nearest hospital for medical care or emergencies is located about eight miles north of the lake, serving those in need with great care from doctors and nurses.

For any traveling needs, the Bishop International Airport provides great service to get you where you need. It is 18 miles north of the lake.

Outdoor Recreation

On the lake, there is a big area to go cruise around the lake on a boat, canoe, or kayak, where you can fish and enjoy a day out on the water.

Seven Lakes Park features 230 acres of shoreline to fish, kayak, canoe, row boat, stand-up paddle board rentals, and more for a day out in the sun full of fun. There are trails and areas to go hiking, hunting, and mountain biking with beautiful scenery as you explore throughout the park. A fishing pier for shore fishing is provided where fish such as bluegill, bass, pike, tiger muskie, and catfish can be found.

WhoaZone at Heron Beach is a little over five miles east of the lake featuring inflatable obstacle courses for a day full of active entertainment for all ages. Kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, and more can be rented to ride around in the water. For those who want to just relax, there is a sandy beach area to lay out and watch others out on the water.

Leisure Activities

Spend a fun night bowling with friends and family or for parties or community events featuring 26 lanes to bowl and enjoy some food and drinks. They offer other activities to do such as pool, shuffleboard, and darts. It is located west of the lake, about two miles away.

Several other restaurants and shopping areas can be found near the center of Holly, providing a great time to enjoy with family and friends.
