Lake Tohopekaliga is located in Central Florida in Osceola County. It is 32 miles from Orlando and just minutes from Universal Studios and Disney World.

The lake's name meaning is "we will gather together here."

Covers More Than 18,000 Acres

The lake is known for its beautiful landscape and is the largest lake in Osceola County, covering 18,810 acres. Lake Tohopekaliga reaches maximum depths of 15 feet and its average depth is seven feet.

The lake consist of shallow flats of maidencane, bulrush and hydrilla that help to fortify the large populations of bass.
